Causes of Noise in Hydraulic Cutting Machines

- Apr 04, 2018 -

1. It may be caused by mechanical failure of the hydraulic cutting machine, or insufficient lubrication of a part, resulting in loose parts or damage.

2. The viscosity of hydraulic oil becomes higher and the resistance of flow increases;

3. The hydraulic oil in the oil cutting machine is insufficient. The oil pump sucks in air or the oil filter is blocked by the dirt and causes the oil pump to be short of oil. As a result, the bubbles in the oil discharge and hit the blades and generate noise.

4. There is a deviation in the concentricity of the coupling of the hydraulic cutting machine, which may be caused by the bearing or blade damage of the oil pump or the motor.

5, the directional valve response failure, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blocking, inflexible movement, electromagnetic valve failure due to current and will also produce noise.
